Harry Baumgart trained in automotive and mechanical engineering, worked with industrial cutting machines from 2000 and has focused on recycling machines and size reduction since 2008. Behind every shredder he sees the broader question: what goes in, how much has to be processed, and what has to come out.
RSS Consultancy puts that knowledge to work on your process. It is not decided beforehand that the outcome is an RSS machine.

What RSS Consultancy does
When RSS equipment fits the process technically, we use it. When another technology or a specialised manufacturer suits a process step better, that is what we advise.
RSS Consultancy can therefore also be engaged without buying RSS equipment.
Some materials simply have to go through a machine. A test shows how the material behaves, the capacity, the knife configuration, the screen size and the end fraction that can be reached.
A test is a professional technical service with a fee, offset against the order when it leads to a machine or installation from RSS.
