Purchase
Your machine is standing idle. We will buy it.
A shredder doing nothing at your site may run for years elsewhere. We name one price within days and arrange dismantling and transport.
Why we buy
We build machines, so we know what is inside them. That makes buying interesting for us where it is a gamble for a trader: we can see whether a rotor can be saved and what an overhaul will really cost.
For you that means a price that holds and a handover without surprises. No offer that gets revised downwards later because something turned up, because we looked beforehand.
How it works
Tell us what you have
Type, build year, rotor length and running hours if you know them. A few photographs of the rotor and the screen tell us most of it.
We name a price within days
Not a range that shifts later. One figure, based on what the machine actually needs before it can go out again.
We collect it
Dismantling, transport and the paperwork are ours to arrange. Your hall is free from the day we agree.
Or trade it in
Buying a larger machine? The value of the old one comes straight off the new one.
What we look at
- Type and build yearsets the basis
- Rotor and bladesweighs heaviest
- Condition of the screenoften replaceable
- Bearings and drivecost in an overhaul
- Control and protectioncan be modernised
- Running hoursif known
- Access in the hallfor dismantling
- Documentation and CEsaves time
Questions
What is my machine worth?
Mostly it depends on the rotor and the blades, and on what the control system is still worth. Send the type, the build year and a few photographs of the rotor and the screen, and we will name one price within days. No range that shifts later.
Do you buy other brands too?
Yes. We look at the machine, not at the sticker. A well built shredder from another make is just as interesting to us, provided we can get the wear parts or make them ourselves.
What if the machine is broken?
It is still worth something. A cracked rotor shaft is expensive, but a worn set of blades or a burnt out motor is ordinary maintenance. Tell us what is wrong and we simply take it into account.
Do you arrange the dismantling?
Yes. Dismantling, transport and the paperwork are ours to arrange. You agree a date and on that day the hall is clear. With a trade in it goes into the same agreement.
Can I trade in against a new machine?
You can, and it is usually the best route. The value of the old machine comes straight off the price of the new one, and you have one point of contact for both.
Or the other way round
Overhauled machines, ready to run.
Every machine we take in is gone through completely before it goes out again. Rotor and blades checked, bearings replaced where needed, test run on your material.
