RSS can bring different machines and processing techniques together into one complete recycling or processing line. A process can consist of, for example:
- Infeed
- Reducing
- Separating
- Washing
- Drying
- Classifying
- Storage
But no two material flows are the same.
That is why we do not work from a fixed standard line that has to fit everywhere. First we look at the material, the space available, the capacity required and above all the end product the customer wants to produce. Then we decide which process steps are needed and which machines and techniques suit them best.
RSS equipment can form the heart of the installation. When certain process steps need other specialised technology, machines and components from selected external suppliers can be integrated into the process as well.
The result is not a collection of separate machines, but a processing line in which the process steps are matched to each other.
