From stream to raw material
How a line is put together, station by station.
Not every line needs every station. This is the order they stand in, and what decides whether yours is needed.

Feeding and dosing
A crane, a walking floor or a conveyor with a dosing screw. What matters here is a constant supply: a rotor that is fed in bursts wears faster and delivers a less even fraction.

Reduction
The station that decides the rest. Rotor, blade geometry and screen determine the particle size, and therefore what every step behind it still has to do.

Separation
Magnets, air separation, sieves or a density bath, depending on what has to come out. The cleaner the cut in the previous station, the simpler this one becomes.

Washing and drying
For streams that have to reach a purity your buyer weighs and pays for. Needed less often than people expect, and worth the investment when it is.

Conveying in between
The stations are only a line once the material moves between them by itself. Belt height, incline and speed are what decide that, and they are settled on the layout drawing.

Storage and discharge
Silos, big bag stations or a bunker with a discharge screw. This is where a line either keeps running unattended or waits for somebody with a wheel loader.
A line is more than the sum of its machines
A shredder on its own rarely solves the whole problem. What you need is a route: from the batch as it arrives to a fraction you can sell or feed back into your own process. Which stations sit in between depends on your material, your floor space and the purity your buyer demands.
So we do not start with a machine, we start with that route. Sometimes it turns out one reduction step is enough and a washing line would be money thrown away. Sometimes the right screen in the shredder saves an entire separation step. That conversation comes before any price from us.
Bespoke, built from proven parts
Bespoke does not mean everything is invented from scratch. The stations themselves are proven: rotors, screens, conveyors, wash baths, dryers and silos that have been running elsewhere for years. What we make to measure is the combination, the capacity and the connection to what you already have standing.
That keeps the lead time short and the maintenance simple. Wear parts are available as standard, the controls can be understood by the people working beside them every day, and you do not need a supplier from another country to change a blade.

Try a station before you buy it
Questions
Can you connect to machines I already have?
That is the rule rather than the exception. We measure up what is standing: belt heights, capacities, connections and control systems. Then we determine which stations have to be added and what has to be adapted to make them work together.
Do you supply single stations as well?
Yes. A conveyor, a screening station or a silo on its own is just as possible as a complete line. We do always look at the whole, because a station that does not match what stands in front of it only produces new stoppages.
Who takes care of the electrics and the controls?
We do, including the protection and the reverse system. The control system is set up so that the people standing next to it every day understand it, not only the person who built it.
How long before a line is running?
That depends entirely on the stations. A single reduction step stands sooner than a complete washing line with a dryer and a silo. We give a schedule in advance that we keep, and we say so when a preferred date is not realistic.
Can I try one station first?
Often yes. For reduction, renting is the usual route: you run the machine in your own process and decide afterwards. For washing and separating we would rather work with a sample batch here.
