What we keep, and why.
In short: only what is needed to answer your question, and nothing we sell on.
Who this is

The contact form
If you fill in the form we keep your name, company name, email address, phone number and your message. We use those details to answer your question and to stay in touch about an ongoing project. We do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising.
Your message arrives as an enquiry on this website itself and also goes to Harry by email. With the enquiry we record a shortened version of your IP address, with the last part left off. It cannot be traced back to you and exists only to protect the form against misuse.
Measuring site usage
This site measures nothing by default. If measurement is switched on you will first see a bar where you choose. If you do not choose, or you decline, nothing is loaded and nothing traceable to you is stored. Your choice itself is kept in a cookie, so that we do not ask again on every visit.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant, and after that no longer than seven years, because the tax authority asks that of our records. Your cookie choice expires after a year.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted or object to its use. A message to harry@recyclingshredders.eu is enough; we answer within a month.
If we cannot resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
