What do you need from me for a first answer?
The material, roughly how many tonnes per hour, and the fraction you want out of it. With those three we can already say which build comes into the picture. A photo of the batch often says more than a description.
How quickly will I hear back?
On a working day usually the same day, the next at the latest. If you are in a hurry, call: then you hear it straight away instead of after an exchange of emails.
Will I get a price right away?
An indication often yes. A firm price once it is clear which rotor, screen and drive are needed, because that is where the difference sits. We would rather put a realistic figure on paper once than a flattering one three times.
Can I come and visit?
Please do, by appointment. Then there is time to walk through your process and to run a machine rather than only look at one.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to answer your question and keep them in our own system. Nothing goes to third parties and you can ask for removal at any time.
