Covering a peak, or testing a machine in your own process first? RSS also supplies shredders and installations for rent or lease, flexibly and with the same support.
Demand for renting stationary shredders has grown considerably in recent years. Sometimes because a batch is a one off, sometimes because a company wants to see what a machine does with their own material before signing.
Both are possible. We supply the machine, install it and make sure it runs. If it suits you, the rental period counts towards the purchase.

Four ways to start
Rent
For a peak, a project or a trial run. A stationary shredder in your hall for as long as you need it, with the same support as a purchased machine.
Lease
Spread the investment without giving up the machine. Useful when the processing volume is certain but the capital is needed elsewhere.
Try, then buy
Run the machine on your own material first. If it does what you hoped, the rental period counts towards the purchase.
Second hand
Overhauled machines come past regularly. Tell us what you are looking for and we will let you know when it appears.

Questions
What is the shortest rental period?
In practice a month is the starting point, because otherwise transport and installation become too large a share of the cost. For a one off batch we will look at whether it is smarter to process it here.
Does rental count if I buy later?
Yes, and we agree that up front. If the machine suits you, the rent paid comes off the purchase price. That way trying it costs you time, not money.
Who pays for wear parts?
We put that in writing beforehand, because it depends on your material. With a clean stream it is usually in the price, with a contaminated batch we settle it separately on consumption.
Can I rent a machine to win an order?
That is exactly what rental is for. Tell us which order and which period and we will say whether it is feasible before you promise anything to your customer.
