From coarse to calibrated
Anything that fits through the screen leaves the machine, the rest stays in the chamber until it is small enough. That leaves you with a fraction you can sell or reuse straight away, without a second pass.
Maintenance
Blades can be removed and turned several times. Screens, blades and wear parts are available from stock, years after delivery as well.

Questions about this machine
What particle size will I get?
The screen decides. A 10 mm screen leaves a fine, even fraction, a 100 mm screen a coarse pre-cut. The screen is interchangeable, so the same machine runs coarse today and fine tomorrow.
Can it handle cable with copper?
Yes, and it is one of the streams where this machine has proven itself most. The rotor is designed for it specifically, so the copper stays as intact as possible and the separation afterwards runs clean.
How often do the blades come out?
That depends on your material and how contaminated it is. Because the rotor is symmetrical, every blade can be turned several times before it needs replacing. In practice that is months, not weeks.
What happens if something hard drops in?
The fluid coupling and shock breaker absorb the peak and the PLC reverses the rotor automatically. The machine then picks up again by itself. The drive line notices nothing.
How much space do I need?
That varies a lot by version, from a compact machine that fits a corner of the hall to a line several metres long. Send us the dimensions of your hall and we will draw it in.
