Shredders
The right machine for every material.
From slow running all rounders to fine reduction of plastics. Every rotor and screen is matched to your product.
01
Single Shaft Shredder
Versatile all rounder
Slow running, versatile all rounder with a rotor length of 500 to 3500 mm. Reduces hard and tough materials alike: paper, plastics, cable, rubber, nylon, aluminium and wood.
02
Two Shaft Shredder
Powerful coarse pre-reduction
Powerful twin shaft for coarse pre-reduction of bulk batches and heavy materials. High torque, low speed, reliable in continuous operation.
03
Four Shaft Shredder
Calibrated in a single pass
Four shafts with an integrated screen for a controlled, calibrated particle size in a single pass. Ideal for a defined end fraction.
04
Granulators
Fine reduction to regranulate
Professional high speed granulators for reducing plastics to regranulate. High throughput and a clean, reusable end product.

The choice starts with the material
The question is rarely which machine is biggest, but which one fits what comes through the door. A tough batch of cable asks for a different rotor than a pallet of plastic film, and an archive asks for something else again than an IBC.
Not sure which machine suits your stream? Send a sample or a photo of the material and we will work it out together.
What every RSS machine brings with it.
A rotor for your material
Cable, wood, plastics, rubber, nylon or aluminium each ask for a different cutter geometry. We design the rotor around what you actually feed it.
An end fraction you decide
Screens from 10 to 100 mm are interchangeable, so the same machine delivers a coarse pre-cut today and a calibrated fraction tomorrow.
Built to keep running
Fluid couplings, shock breakers and a PLC controlled reverse system catch overload before it reaches the drive line.
Blades that earn their keep
A symmetrical rotor lets every cutter be turned and reused several times before it is replaced.
Questions
Which machine suits my material?
In short: one shaft for mixed and tough streams, two shafts for coarse pre-reduction of heavy batches, four shafts when the particle size is fixed, and a granulator when the material has to go back to raw material. The table above puts the figures side by side.
Roughly what does an installation cost?
That depends entirely on rotor length, power and what comes with it in feed and discharge. We would rather give a realistic range after one conversation than a low figure that turns out not to hold.
Do you also supply just a machine, without a line?
Yes. If the feed and discharge are already in place we supply the shredder alone and connect it to what is there.
How long is delivery?
For a standard version usually a few weeks, for a fully bespoke line longer. Once we know what is needed we name a date and stick to it.
