Calibrated in a single pass
Four Shaft Shredder
Four shafts with an integrated screen for a controlled, calibrated particle size in a single pass. Ideal for a defined end fraction.
In short
The four shaft is chosen when the particle size is fixed. The screen sits inside the cutting chamber, so material keeps circulating until it fits through. What the machine discharges is the end product.
That saves a second machine and makes the process predictable: archive destruction, wood chips for a set customer, or plastics that have to enter the next step at size.

What it is built for
The four shaft is chosen when the particle size is fixed. Think of archive destruction, wood chips for a set customer, or plastics that need to go into the next step at size.
One pass
Because the screen sits in the cutting chamber, nothing oversized comes out. That makes the process predictable: what the machine discharges is the end product.
Maintenance
Four shafts means more blades, but thinner ones. In practice maintenance stays limited and the wear parts are easy to reach.
What sets this machine apart
Screen inside the machine
The screen sits in the cutting chamber, so only material that is small enough leaves. That saves a second processing step.
Automatic reverse
On overload the machine reverses by itself and picks up again afterwards, without anyone having to step in.
Hydraulic pusher
Optional, for bulky material that would otherwise sit on top of the shafts.
A line you can extend
Infeed and discharge conveyors, magnets and storage can be supplied as one whole, matched to the layout of your hall.

Questions about this machine
Why four shafts instead of one?
Because it lets the screen sit inside the cutting chamber. Material keeps circulating until it fits through the screen, so what comes out is the end product. That saves a second machine.
Is this the machine for archive destruction?
Often yes. Where a fixed shred width is prescribed, the integrated screen is exactly what you need. The same goes for wood chips for a customer with a fixed specification.
Do more blades mean more maintenance?
More blades, but thinner and easier to reach. In practice maintenance stays limited and the wear parts are quicker to change than on a machine with heavy blades.
Can it process air filters?
Yes. Cassettes and cartridges come past regularly. Tell us what the core and the housing are made of and we will pick the blades for it.
